When you do place an order with us, you will be accepting our policy:

Pickup

For pickup, orders can be picked up from 234 Ponsonby Road, Ponsonby

Tuesday -  Sunday: 12pm-8pm

If your order is a tiered cake or a fragile cake, it would be best if there is an additional person who can help you hold the cake in order to ensure it is secure. We do all we can to ensure that the cake is as sturdy as it can be with support, and once it does leave our premises, we are no longer responsible for any damage that does happen to the cake. Once collected, it is important to get it into a refrigerator as soon as possible as vegan buttercream does melt faster, especially in the warmer months.
